A common problem…
What we have found so many times over the years, is that there is too much of a division between the designers and the contractors. This results in impractical designs, that are hard to implement and often incorporate ‘more difficult than neccesary’ procedures for no extra gain, yet extra cost. We also have had many comments where people willingly admit that the last designer they tried the design just ‘wasn’t what they were looking for’.
