Valley were favoured to be engaged at an early stage of project design and planning to create this enviable, fitness and well being combination in the form of a home gym and kitchen garden!

An existing dilapidated garage and old greenhouse gave the precedent for the layout but our clients required input of practical ideas to create a new, improved design to make these facilities more useable taking into account the sloping site.

Implementing the project initially required clearing the site of existing structures and setting out of the new layout and levels. We were able to coordinate both aspects of the project in one simultaneous process including also an extension to the front driveway.

The new garage gym is entranced either through a remote controlled electric roller shutter door, or via a porched side entrance door for easy access from the house. The Oak framed and clad exterior, finished with an attractive clay tile roof gives the perfect rustic ascetics. Meanwhile the convenience of a modern air conditioned, insulated and well lit interior gives the ultimate workout space for any gym enthusiast!

The Kitchen garden is now set at a new elevated level, surrounded with brick retaining walls to gain level space and the added benefit of more light. Steps lead down to the rear garden providing easy access from either end.
